Given the increasing awareness of service design in the private sector, Chris will talk about its role in the public sector and how content is critical to effective delivery of public services. In fact, poor content is often then single largest barrier to people accessing government services. Chris will explore this topic and, more importantly, take us through two case studies from the Canadian Digital Service where content has been critical to the impact of our work with partner departments.
