What is the local timezone for the schedule?
The conference schedule is set in PDT (the event was originally in Vancouver, BC).
How will I access the virtual conference?
We will email you the virtual conference login credentials and instructions on July 14 from our account hi@content.design. You will get your own personal password protected access with the livestream and later, all conference materials.
Will the conference be recorded?
Yes, the recordings of the main conference program will be made available exclusively to paid conference attendees for one year via a password-protected area of our website. You’ll also receive exclusive access to transcriptions, decks, and other conference-related materials.
What do I need to access the virtual conference?
All you'll need is a computer with a decent internet connection. It doesn't need to be the highest speed, just reliable.
Will I be able to ask speakers questions?
Yes; we’ll do our best to make sure your questions are addressed by speakers—either live during the conference, or afterward via slack.
What other content will be provided?
As a registered attendee, you’ll receive exclusive access to the session recordings, as well as full transcriptions, and decks. These will be posted a week after the close of the conference via a password protected page.
What should I do if I need live captioning?
Should you require live captioning please notify us in your registration or via email before May 24.
